AAC blocks should not be cured and shall be dry before and after installation due to their nature. Many customers struggle with AAC blocks due to cracking issues. This is because self curing techniques are not employed and conventional water curing is followed.
When Bulitchem India products are used, curing is avoided in brick binding and plastering to avoid cracking. For more details, please read our Technical Bulletin.

Customers are free to choose any kind of brick for construction. Only in Case of AAC block, special care is required to avoid cracks due to nature of the block.
Our products are compatible with all blocks / bricks produced in India like Red brick, Solid Block, Flyash blocks, hollow blocks, other clay bricks, AAC etc.

Use Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC). Avoid using Portland Slag Cement (PSC).
Our products are compatible with all brands of cement available in India.

Preferably use crushed sand made for plastering.
Alternatively, you may use River Sand also, but it should be free from clay / mud.
Do not instruct to remove excess fines from the crushed sand. Unless fines are to the tune of 30%, plastering becomes very difficult for the masons. Removal of fines will be possible only with M Sand that is specially manufactured with sophisticated technology and sold at premium prices.

Please read the procedures mentioned in our Technical Data Sheets, which are self explanatory. Procedures for plastering or other applications need not be altered unless specified in the Technical Data Sheet.
